I’m excited to share Arianna & Johns Granville Plantation Florida Wedding. This beautiful venue is located in Newberry Florida, and has so many amazing spots for wedding photos.
The Details
The day started with some detail photos, which I always love creating. At the Granville Plantation there is a suite for the girls to get ready in and a room for the boys with big ole deer on the wall. The Groomsmen enjoyed a game of Magic: The Gathering, because of course it only takes minutes for groomsmen to get ready.
First Look
Arianna and John shared a sweet private first look before their ceremony. It was perfect for these two to get their jitters out before being in front of everyone.
We had time before the ceremony after this to take portraits, and some wedding party photos. This is one of the best parts of doing a first look, having time for portraits before the ceremony. The Granville Plantation has plenty of beautiful trees that create great shade and a stunning backdrop and they have a pretty swing hanging from one of them.
Ceremony Time
The ceremony location at the Granville Plantation is SO pretty. There are big barn doors for everyone to walk through, and Arianna and John got to say their vows beneath a giant tree.
They had a hand fasting ceremony and everyone tossed dried petal confetti as they walked back up the aisle. I loved the dried petal confetti, unique and biodegradable for the venue to not have to worry about clean up or damaging their environment.
Portraits
We had a beautiful golden hour after the ceremony that was perfect for their portraits. Of course we had to frolic through the field and I love the way these portraits turned out.
Reception Details
The Granville Plantation has so much space open space and such high ceilings. I love the hanging chandeliers and draping.
First Dance & Cake Cut
Arianna & John had a choreographed first dance and her wedding dress looked so pretty twirling around the dance floor.
Party Time
Arianna & John kept the party going by staying on the dance floor for the rest of the evening. If you want your guests to dance and have fun, you have to stay out there on the dance floor.
We ended off their night with a private dance and some solo time on the swing before their grand exit. It was a beautiful night and I am so happy I got to be a part of their best day ever.
